We ask our worldwide employees once a year to honestly evaluate their managers based on several key topics. Their answers help us to constantly improve.

But what makes an excellent manager? The answer is clearly and uniformly specified, and visible to all, in the Dräger LEAD mission statement. A mission statement that reflects our high quality standards for managers. LEAD stands for ›Leadership Excellence At Dräger‹ and encompasses five core competencies: Role Model, Focus, Drive, Passion and Guide. They are the standard we use to rate the performance of our managers – worldwide.

At Dräger, you are supported with three different management development programs, abbreviated ›md‹, for your leadership tasks. Here, you can polish your business skills and management style or brush up your organizational skills in the management areas of entrepreneurship, change management, finances, leadership or marketing.

The md programs also open up the opportunity to expand your professional and personal network within our company and closely exchange ideas with other managers at Dräger on the international stage.
