With the new Dräger fire-fighter-location device fire-fighters can locate their trapped, missing or disoriented colleagues – or to find their own way back to the colleagues in a situation of disorientation in deteriorating conditions.
The Dräger ETR 1000 (Egress Transmitter) is an instrument which can be used in conjunction with the Dräger FRT 1000. It allows for self rescue of disoriented firefighters and safe return to a fixed exit.
