| Stefan Dräger, 42, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from 1 March, and Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from 1 July 2005.
Succeeding Theo Dräger, 67, who has served the company since 1967 and held the position since 1997, Stefan Dräger will be the fifth generation of his family to take up the position of Chairman of the Executive Board.
