| Lübeck, Germany – The company’s change of legal form into a partnership limited by shares (Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien) with the corporate name Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA as resolved by the annual shareholders’ meeting of Drägerwerk AG on May 11, 2007 was registered in the company’s commercial register today. Hereby, the change of legal form has come into effect. The aim of the transformation is to broaden the financial and operative scope of Dräger Group. |
