Stefan Dräger, Chairman of the Executive Board of Drägerwerk Aktiengesellschaft, is to provisionally take over as Chairman of the Executive Board of the subgroup Dräger Medical AG & Co. KG. On the best of terms and by mutual agreement, Dr. Wolfgang Reim, the current Chairman of the Executive Board of Dräger Medical, and member of the Executive Board of Drägerwerk AG, has decided to leave the Company to take up a new professional challenge. The Shareholder Committee, comprising representatives of Siemens AG and Drägerwerk AG, and the Supervisory Board of the Company wish to expressly thank Dr. Reim for his outstanding work during his time at Dräger. We wish Dr. Reim all the very best for the future. |
