| A year-2000-problem occurred using the breath alcohol measuring instruments Dräger Alcotest 7110 (Type: MK III HK) in Hong Kong. The instruments which are since 1995 unchanged and without problems in operation in Hong Kong have a country specific software which calculated incorrectly the age of the proband for the protocol since the turn of the year. However, the measuring results obtained are correct. In between the exchange of the software has been initiated. Other versions for further countries, especially also for Germany, are not affected by this mode of operation. |
