The tpO2/tpCO2 pod enhances the performance of your Infinity monitor by providing transcutaneous measurement of partial pressure of the
oxygen and carbon dioxide in the peripheral tissue of a patient – an essential
parameter for monitoring neonates. And because two of these "smart" pods
can be connected to the Infinity monitor at one time, users can
perform pre- and post-ductal tpO2 monitoring to evaluate therapy success
for closure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA).
