Hazard assessment means estimating whether after considering all conceivable hazards/levels of exposure the risk posed is acceptable given the protective measures which may potentially already be present. If the risk posed to the health or the life of the employee is unacceptable, other measures must be taken to reduce these to a reasonable level. More »
