Hazards in the air we breathe come in many different shapes and forms.
So how can they be identified?
According to varoius occupational health and safety laws, a workplace analysis and hazard assessment must be completed before using a respiratory protective device. The hazards and exposures which employees are subject to at their workplace must be determined and, depending on the assessment, appropriate measures identified.
