Escaping from a tunnel emergency is one thing, but deliberately entering one where there is possibly a non-breathable atmosphere is another. Tunnel rescue teams are often required to carry out this task and they need all the back-up they can get. The Dräger Oxy range of self rescuers provide this support. When all else fails they know that they are carrying with them the security of up to 60 minutes of live saving oxygen that may help them get to a place of safety.
