Portable Gas Detection
In a water recycling plant, workers may be exposed to the decomposition products of any organic products, i.e. methane, hydrogen sulphide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and others. During inspection and cleaning of underground waste water canals, oxygen must also be monitored because it may be depleted by the other gases mentioned above. Disinfection of waste water will be done while using either chlorine, chlorine dioxide or ozone.
In order to prevent any risks to the workers in a waste water recycling plant, Dräger offers a broad range of portable instruments for a single gas as well as multiple gases. Experienced people are happy to help the customers to find a tailor-made solution driven by the individual applications in this particular industry.
