Here's how the introduction for professionals works at Dräger:

Of course not every interview proceeds identically. This depends on you, the position applied for, and the questions you ask. Nevertheless, a pattern has emerged based on our experience.


  • At the beginning, the interviewers introduce themselves and their job role so you know who you are talking to.
  • We will then ask you to talk us through your CV and tell us about yourself. You should tell us about your major achievements and previous experiences. You should explain why you chose a particular career path and employers. What have you learnt in previous positions?
  • We also want to know why you decided to apply to Dräger. What about the new job interests you? Why do you think you are particularly well-suited for this position? What do you expect from your future job?
  • After that, you have time to ask questions of us, for example, on your development opportunities at Dräger.
  • At the end of the interview, you discuss the next steps of the recruitment process and how we will provide you with feedback.
