We seek feedback via a Global employee Survey worldwide every two years to honestly evaluate the performance of our Managers based on our core values. Such feedback helps us to foster an environment of continual improvement.

The LEAD mission statement reflects our high quality expectations that all Managers should aspire to. LEAD stands for “Leadership Excellence At Dräger” and encompasses the five core competencies: Role Model, Focus, Drive, Passion and Guide. These five core competencies are the standard and benchmark we use to assess the performance of our Mangers - worldwide.
