Annual Declaration

Draeger Medical Systems, Inc. and Draeger Medical, Inc. have implemented a Comprehensive Compliance Program consistent with the guidance published by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (the “HHS-OIG Guidance”). We have adopted the [AdvaMed] Code of Ethics on interactions with Health Care Professionals applicable to a medical device company as a means to meet the intent of the California Health and Safety Code as well as the HHS-OIG Guidance.
