Segment Homepage On our new segment one-pager you’ll see at-a-glance what Dräger offers in all of our business segments. Here you’ll find a high level overview of our product portfolio, as well as news and links to other features like webinars, interactive elements, videos, games and more.
Product Page Layout
Our product pages have a fresh, new look. Here you’ll find product photos, 360°s, videos and, of course, key features and benefits. Additionally, there are links that provide easy access to other features, such as Channel Partner Support, Customer Support, DrägerShop and more.
Channel Partner Support
If you’re a registered Dräger distributor, Draeger.com is now your one-stop for marketing materials that can help you in the selling process. Access exclusive Channel Partner materials on our new product pages via the “View Sales Material” button or “Channel Partner Support” link.

Customer Support
Access useful information about your new Dräger products on the Customer Support page, via the “Service & Support” tab on Safety product pages. You'll find support materials like our popular tube hand book, IFUs, how-to videos, and service & training information.
Product Advisor
Use the filter to drill down through our portfolio and find the product you’re looking for. Once you’ve narrowed your search, use additional filters for substances, solutions, product features, etc. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact our sales team.
DrägerShop Integration
Until now, our external DrägerShop has been the place to go to order medical accessories & consumables. To make ordering easier, you can now access Drägershop via the “Purchase Consumables” button on relevant Hospital product pages, or via the link under the "Related Products" tab.

Content Feedback
At Dräger, we always welcome your feedback. Now you can comment online through our “Was this information helpful?” button at the bottom of most pages. It’s your chance to have your say in what we put on our site, so we can keep improving it. Give us your suggestions and feedback - we look forward to hearing from you!
Surveys
Our Surveys expand communication between Dräger and visitors to our site. These short surveys on the bottom right of every segment homepage allow us to gather your feedback on topics like “What is the biggest challenge you face on the job?" We’ll use the information to better respond to your needs.
Session Poll
Looking for advice? Then simply go to the “How can we help you?” section on the right side of the page when you first visit our site. Get advice, see our portfolio, request training, or register a service issue. This feature is an alternative to the Search feature, and from having to navigate through Products & Services.

You can read industry articles, and engage with thoughtleaders and peers by providing comments, questions and other feedback. We're premiering this feature within the Anesthesia community.
