Preventive Maintenance for Dräger Jaundice Meters JM-103/105

With Dräger’s Preventive Maintenance contract^[1], you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your jaundice meter is operating at 100% performance and that your readings are accurate.

We’ll perform annual calibration and change the battery every two years, as recommended. When your jaundice meter is due for maintenance, you will receive an automated email notification. Upon receipt of the email, simply contact our bilingual service support team for an RMA. All maintenance is done at our calibration centre right here in Canada.

[1] Preventive Maintenance contracts for jaundice meters must be signed in 2-year increments.
[2] Dräger will provide prepaid FedEx waybills for shipping of the device and return of loaner to Dräger. If you use another shipping method, Dräger will not cover the cost.
[3] 48-hour turnaround is from receipt at the Dräger dock to shipping from the Dräger dock, excluding weekends and Ontario statutory holidays. In exceptional circumstances, 48-hour turnaround may not be possible.
