First Canadian International Student Mine Rescue Competition a Resounding Success

One Year After Federal Approval, Dräger DrugTest 5000 Remains the Only Device Approved for Roadside Testing of THC and Cocaine in Canada

Mississauga, Ontario – In 2018, the Canadian federal government approved the Dräger DrugTest 5000 as the first roadside oral fluid drug screening device. Today it continues to be the only device approved for law enforcement to test for both THC and cocaine. The device is now used by law enforcement agencies across Canada including Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, PEI, Alberta, and Nova Scotia.
