Dräger H2O2 Calibration Service provides measurement performances and functionality tests for your sensor.
Dräger H2O2 Calibration Service
Benefit from accurate and reliable calibration with controlled hydrogen peroxide target gas. The unique Dräger H2O2 Calibration Service provides measurement performances and functionality tests for your sensor. The combination of a scientific calibration laboratory in our National Safety Service Center and intelligent Dräger Sensor Technology enables the H2O2 sensor to be precisely calibrated outside of the installed transmitter.
Have your H2O2 sensors adjusted - conveniently and reliably with our target gas calibration
To ensure that your sensors can reliably support process validation, they must be checked regularly for their functionality and accuracy. This is a necessity for your decontamination process, workplace safety and to comply with the regulations of national testing authorities.
Due to the physical-chemical properties of hydrogen peroxide, H2O2 cannot be applied like normal test gases from test gas cylinders. The gas is not available in the field. An appropriate test environment is the basic requirement for the target gas validation. Only under controlled laboratory conditions, a defined H2O2 concentration can be generated, which is needed for accurate adjustment. Our target gas calibration is more superior than any surrogate calibration or indirect measurement. Standardized testing procedures, state-of-the-art workshops and intelligent logistics guarantee maximum performance and safety.
Calibrated and ready-to-use sensors within the shortest time
The plug-in system of Dräger sensors allows to exchange individual sensors in minutes without having to remove the gas detection transmitter. To minimize downtime when returning one sensor for maintenance, the monitoring process can be maintained by a second sensor, which is freshly calibrated. These sensors operate in exchange. We can inform you when the maintenance cycle of your sensors is due and provide the exchange sensor.
Continuous development and improvements
As early as 1994, Dräger introduced the first electrochemical sensor for monitoring concentrations of hydrogen peroxide vapor. Since then, the EC sensor’s technology as well as the H2O2 sensor calibration process have been continuously improved. Our monitoring technology has promoted the worldwide success of H2O2 applications.
Experienced Dräger service technicians, trained by the Dräger Academy, carry out the calibration service in our authorized H2O2 calibration workshop in Houston, TX. Our manufacturer service guarantees the best quality and is currently the ONLY North America service facility that can provide this service offering.
Integrated certificate generation for your highest quality requirements
The entire maintenance process is documented step by step, and all values found are recorded. At the end, we issue an appropriate calibration certificate. We also document and archive the complete service history for you in full.
Established service organization
With 190 service locations worldwide, Dräger technicians are never far away. We have been conducting services for over 130 years and have gained much experience, which is used by our 3,500 employees in services.
