PLEASE NOTE: A Purchase Order for $238 is required for each device that is returned for Service. If the total service cost is $238 or less, we’ll go ahead and complete the work. If the cost is higher, we’ll send you a quote and wait for your approval before continuing.

If you decide not to proceed, or do not respond within 30 days, the inspection fee will be charged for the inspection work. For devices under warranty or covered by a service contract, send a purchase order for $0. We’ll contact you if we need to discuss coverage.
