Flexible Service Agreement Options

Choose a DrägerService agreement for exceptional support, helping to keep your equipment running smoothly and your operations safe. We offer repair and maintenance services to meet your requirements including extended warranty, preventive maintenance, or a completely customized solution. We keep digital records of equipment service logs to help manage your maintenance schedule and stay in compliance.  

TotalCare1:  is a comprehensive service program designed to provide all repairs and preventive and inspection maintenance activities to help ensure optimized uptime of Dräger equipment while maintaining budget security. This plan includes all inspection, maintenance, and repair parts and labor, complete service documentation, and onsite technical service.

PreventiveCare2: PreventiveCare agreements include the regular inspection and maintenance of equipment according to manufacturer specifications. PreventiveCare includes measures to proactively keep up the functionality of safety equipment and to stay in compliance with industry standards. (Note: Available nationwide)

ExtendedCare: Dräger offers a limited warranty on all new equipment to be free from defective materials and workmanship. We offer ExtendedCare to extend this warranty for a specified period of time from the date of original purchase.
