Welcome to JAGGAER, the Dräger online supplier portal.

We are proud to be part of a global network with suppliers like you, bringing our supplier relationships to a new digitalised level. The IT platform of our partner JAGGAER is the central element for the digitalisation of Dräger's material procurement process. The platform currently serves you for:

  • Order confirmation
  • Forecasting
  • Notification of delivery 
  • Invoices and credit notes 
  • Vendor-managed inventory (VMI) 
  • Supplier Print.

Dräger continues to expand the platform and will offer further functionalities for digital collaboration in the future, including in the area of Supplier Relationship Management.

With this award, Germany's Association for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME) recognised Dräger's innovative achievements in the field of electronic procurement (e-procurement).

The award is given to solutions that have been proven to significantly improve performance in procurement or overall business outcomes. 

The BME awarded this prize to Dräger for our full-service eSolution that offers an end-to-end procurement process. This solution was developed by Dräger as part of our global Inbound Supply Chain Platform initiative.

Integrating the transport process

Dräger is taking the next step towards automating and standardising our procurement process by integrating the transport process into the JAGGAER procurement portal for suppliers with whom we have a Free Carrier Agreement ("FCA", Incoterms® 2020) or with whom we are planning to switch to an Incoterm® FCA.The Incoterm® FCA states that it is the seller's responsibility to hand over and load the goods ready for shipment at an agreed location to the carrier designated by the buyer.

In the relationship between Dräger and you, the Incoterms® FCA agreement means that Draeger instructs the carrier to collect the goods from your warehouse (designated place). Dräger arranges shipping and tracks the shipments digitally via a transport management system (TMS) connected to JAGGAER. When you announce a shipment via the JAGGAER procurement portal and specify the packaging information, a transport order is generated in the TMS via the integrated system landscape. Information on the collecting carrier, transport label and tracking notifications relevant to you are provided in the JAGGAER procurement portal.

Selecting the connection option

To meet your individual needs, we offer two different integration options to connect to the procurement platform.

Which option is right for you may depend on existing experience with full EDI connections and the order volume in exchange with Draeger. The two integration options are web portal (access via your web browser) and full EDI (direct connection to your ERP system)*.

*EDI = Electronic Data Interchange. ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning

1. connection option: via web portal

This gives you direct access to the Dräger supplier portal via your web browser. Here, you can carry out all procurement transactions with Dräger via your web browser. There are no additional costs for access. Your internal ERP remains completely unaffected by the EDI platform. However, this means that automatic data exchange is not possible.


Conditions: Internet access, user account and password, Completed web training.

2. connection option: via Full EDI

Full EDI is the electronic connection of your ERP system to the JAGGAER platform. With Full-EDI, the data exchange of documents between business partners takes place automatically. Information such as orders, order confirmations or delivery notifications and invoices can be sent and received in any format. By eliminating manual data entry and lowering the risk of errors, the full EDI integration reduces your processing and transaction costs.


Conditions: EDI IT infrastructure, license agreement with JAGGAER, integration project.

Technical details about full EDI

The FULL EDI integration is performed as a separate project with our EDI partner JAGGAER EDI Network GmbH. During this project, our partner helps you set up the interface, transmission types and data formats, among other things. This involves one-off project management and mapping costs, as well as monthly support and transfer costs.
