Dräger ID - one Login to your digital touchpoints with Dräger

The Dräger ID is your access to the digital channels of Dräger.

• Uniform login with your email address
• Access to Dräger's digital channels
• One central user profile

We are following the NIST Password guidelines:

• Your password must consist of at least 8 characters
• Common passwords are forbidden (e.g. password1234)
• Your password does not contain part of username

For your security, we recommend using a password manager.

Probably a Dräger ID account already exists for your email address. Since only one account can be created per email address, you must use a different email address for registration.

Alternatively, you can reset the password and use the existing account.

The activation link / code of your Dräger ID is valid for 5 minutes. You can request a new activation link / code in the running registration..

Check your spam folder. If no email with the activation link has arrived there, please request code again.

Before you can log in with your Dräger ID, you must click the activation link or enter the code. You will find this link / code in the email sent to your specified Dräger ID email address.

Click on "Forgot password", enter your Dräger ID email address and follow the rest of the process.

This can have several possibilities:

• Your account has not been activated yet. (check your mailbox and spam folder. There you will find an email with the activation link / code).
• Your account is not a Dräger ID (Older Dräger applications do not use the Dräger ID. Log in with your application user data).
• Your account is temporarily locked out after a certain number of failed login attempts to deter brute-force attacks. In case your account has been locked, you will receive an email with instructions how to unlock your account. In case you need further assistance, please contact our support team.

Your Dräger ID e-mail address may be linked to authorizations, so it is not possible to change the e-mail address subsequently.

Click to "My Profile" from any application to customize your user data.

After registration is completed, an MFA can be defined. This can also be defined subsequently via "My Profile".
One of the following security methods must be used in addition to your password when logging in to Dräger Applications that require multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• E-Mail
• Okta Verify
• Password
• Phone
• Google Authenticator

Please note that by deleting your Dräger ID you will revoke your access to all Dräger apps.

Data protection is particularly important to us. Dräger does not sell customer data and will not pass the data on to third parties.

Your Dräger ID is personal. To avoid misuse, you should not share your login information.
