Interlock Installation, Rental and Service Pricing
—Installation starting from*: $200
Monthly rental and service fees: $165 (Full rate), $115 (Subsidy)
* Vehicle Categories for Installation Fees
Fees may vary according to the make, model and year of your vehicle
• Standard – Vehicles up to 2015 and key start
• Complex – Vehicles from 2016 onwards, and/or hybrid / electric / push-button / stop-start / motorcycles (incl. scooter)
Depending on the complexity of the vehicle wiring, additional hourly labour fees may apply. An Authorised Interlock Agent will provide a detailed quote at the time of booking.
Interlock Service Frequency
As part of the New Zealand Alcohol Interlock Programme, monthly servicing of the device is required. This includes a system check and data download.

Installation Day Checklist
—Please bring the following documents to the installation appointment:
• Alcohol Interlock Licence (AIL)
• Proof of subsidy eligibility (if applicable)
If you are not the registered operator of the vehicle, you must gain consent from the registered owner to have the Dräger Interlock device installed.
