Planning: We plan your workshop in accordance with your requirements. Providing 3D drawings, we enable you to see your workshop at the concept stage, assisting you with selecting suitable components.

Realisation: We offer full installation, commissioning and ongoing service for your workshop

Handover: You’ll receive training for technical equipment, such as washing machines or dryers. We leave the workshop ready for your use and you can start your work immediately.

Step 1 - INBOUND LOGISTICS AND REGISTRATIONS

Wear suitable PPE such as mask, gloves and goggles (depends on contamination), register each delivered piece of PPE  and check validation dates (cylinder and pressure reducer)

Step 2 - DISASSEMBLY AND DISPOSAL

Empty the cooler (drain water or left over ice), disassemble the set and collect parts in the lid of the set and dispose soda lime (local regulations apply)

Step 3 - CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND DRYING

Prepare tubs for the process and wash, considering agent, concentrations, temperature and times, shake off water and drying the set

Step 4 - OXYGEN CYLINDER FILLING

Operators should be competent, qualified and licensed by local authorities (where applicable) to operate a booster pump and refill cylinders. No smoking, no grease in filling area of high pressure oxygen cylinders. Check supplied oxygen cylinder for pressure and oxygen and check validation date of cylinder and check its condition. Fill cylinder and check pressure. Screw the protection cap onto the valve.

Step 5 - ASSEMBLY (INCL. SODALIME), TESTING

Replace soda lime (either refill or pre-packed and check expiry date and seal of soda lime container). Visual inspection of all parts before assembly and of assembled set and mask. Test set and mask with test device(s).

Step 6 - TAGGING, DOCUMENTATION AND STORAGE

Document the test result, tag set as tested and good to be used and mark expiry date of soda lime (on cartridge). Storage the set and  define next regular inspection date
