What can I expect from an internship at Dräger?
In order to expand your theoretical knowledge with practical application, you will be integrated into our work processes and corporate structures as a team member. After receiving helpful information and tips on your first day as part of a welcome event, you will be ready to start your internship. You will receive support from a supervisor from the department as well as from Human Resources Management during your internship.
You will assist your department in its everyday operations and also work on exciting (international) projects in cooperation with experts. This will give you an opportunity to put forward your own ideas and display your strengths.
Your feedback is very important to us. Your supervisor will hold a meeting at the half-way point of your internship as well as a feedback meeting at the end of the internship. You will also have numerous opportunities to hold discussions with your personal supervisor as well as Human Resources Management during the entire internship period. At the end of your internship, we provide you with a comprehensive internship certificate, which provides a detailed description of your tasks and responsibilities as well as your technical and personal performance.
We provide flexible working hours with flextime as well as the opportunity to participate in our attractive LUNA training program (company sport, foreign languages, IT training, personality development). Specialist technical presentations and company tours give you an insight into other departments at the Dräger Group. Our monthly student club as well as the annual summer and winter event allow you to expand your network and, in particular, to leave work to one side for a change.
You have already completed your third semester and have received very good study results? You enjoy teamwork, have a high level of commitment and are open to ideas outside the box? You enjoy working independently, with a focus on solutions and have good English and PC skills? If this is you, then you have come to the right place at Dräger!
