In the area of Service, we have a staff of more than 85 field and workshop service engineers distributed throughout South East Asia and are committed to ensuring that we remain as fully operational as possible. We are continuously monitoring the situation and at present we have sufficient resources available. However, should the situation change we will communicate this accordingly.

At a company level we are taking all possible measures to maintain our service levels, while protecting all our employees from possible infections of the virus COVID-19. Some of these additional measures include providing our engineers with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and offering guidance on correct hygiene procedures.

With a hire purchase agreement, the medical technology solution is transferred upon payment of the final instalment, in which case the system is activated immediately in your facility. The payments are adjusted to suit your needs. Depending on the contract model, service may already be included – you receive everything from a single source.

Purchase in instalments

By signing a purchase contract with instalments, you can overcome short-term cash flow issues. This contract model also allows you to include direct service features.

User agreement

Depending on the contract model, you can sign a user agreement that includes the service features you desire. This option is advantageous for your balance sheet: At the end of the contract, you can choose whether you want to buy the technical equipment, extend the contract, or simply return the equipment. This model guarantees maximum flexibility.

Pay-per-use

With this option, you can agree to use the medical equipment depending on your workload. You simply pay a fixed usage rate for the provision of the system, and any additional charges are based on how much or little you use the equipment. With this so-called "risk sharing" model, we also assume part of the economic risk. A pay-per-use model is based on the properties of leasing contract and therefore does not appear on the balance sheet. All services and accessories are included.
