We will also examine the neurologic problems including neonatal seizures, intracranial hemorrhage, brain injury in preterm infants, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and other birth injuries.

During this webinar we will discuss pathophysiology of lung injury and the most common lung injuries associated with lung immaturity and mechanical ventilation such as Transient Tachypnoea of the Newborn, Meconium Aspiration Syndrome, Congenital Pneumonia, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia and Hypoplastic lung. We will also present advanced ventilation strategies such as High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation.
