Dräger is aware of the importance in ensuring that all Safety and Medical equipment, manufactured by Dräger, is maintained and repaired during these uncertain times. In the area of Service, we have a staff of more than 85 field and workshop service engineers distributed throughout South East Asia and are committed to ensuring that we remain as fully operational as possible. We are continuously monitoring the situation and at present we have sufficient resources available. However, should the situation change we will communicate this accordingly.
At a company level we are taking all possible measures to maintain our service levels, while protecting all our employees from possible infections of the virus COVID-19. Some of these additional measures include providing our engineers with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and offering guidance on correct hygiene procedures.
