—Draeger Myanmar Limited was established in 2018 as a 100% subsidiary of Draegerwerk AG Co. KGaA in Germany. Draeger Myanmar office holds the primary responsibility of providing pre and post sales service to customers, with special focus on medical and safety industries. It also facilitates project partners; in case of Government to Government projects, with total customer care solution, including user training, installation, and other education programs.
We also initiate education and capacity building training programs in the form of Training of Trainers to user organizations for careful handling, effective operation, and maintenance purpose. To enhance total customer care service, we will open medical and safety service centers for trouble spotting, trouble shooting and technical consultancy.
