The Region South-East Europe consists of 9 countries whilst our teams consist of even more nationalities from across the Europe.

Dräger Sales & Service subsidiaries are represented in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. We have an exciting opportunity for adding a new member in our strong TEAM in Greece at the position of Field Service Engineer.

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional in serving customers, to join our Medical Division Technical Service Team. The position is based in Athens and reports to the Regional Technical Supervisor South Greece.

Key Responsibilities

Serve customers in assigned territory, having accountability of new installations, preventive maintenance activities, ad-hoc interventions and corrective requirements, ensuring best in-class support by maintaining high quality in all actions.
Provides training to customers for new installations, upgrades etc.
Develops strong customer relationships, representing the company with integrity, ethics and high quality in our services.
Has ownership of within territory service contract sales and renewals upon warranty expirations, collaborating also with the sales team and manager in executing strategies.
Collaborates effectively with colleagues from service department, the rest of the medical division team and cross-functional within the company, providing insights from the field and support towards the Division’s common goal and objectives.
Provides feedback to manager and team for improvement opportunities.
Follows up on a timely and accurate manner all internal processes and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

University or Technological Institute degree in Biomedical Engineering or any other affiliate science (e.g. Electronics). Work experience in a relative field will be considered an advantage
Computer literacy and fluency in both oral and written English
Driver’s license
Travel availability
Good communication skills and a teamwork spirit
