Trust is good. But sometimes control comes first. Regularly checking device functions using a known gas concentration is generally required to ensure accurate and reliable warnings, especially when employee safety is at stake.

Thanks to fast sensor response times (as little as 10 seconds in some cases) tests are completed quickly. This saves time and money, as the very low gas consumption leads to reduced operating costs.

If a test fails, the device must be adjusted. This adjustment is carried out automatically in the Dräger Bump Test Station, for example with the X-am 1/2/5 device series.
