Automatic Switch-on
Automatic Switch-on
The automatic switch-on function enables rapid filling of compressed air cylinders at the filling manifold by simultaneously supplying air from both the storage tank and the compressor. The cylinder connected to the filling manifold always takes priority and is filled completely first. The compressor then automatically refills the storage tank until the maximum storage pressure is reached and the compressor shuts off.

The high-pressure breathing air cylinder is used to store breathing air in accordance with EN12021. The cylinder is supplied "empty". The cylinder is installed on the wall side and fastened to the wall using steel band clamps (2 per cylinder).

Additional breathing air cylinders are required to increase the security of supply with breathing air in customer applications. They enable longer or uninterrupted use of the system, especially in cases of increased demand or longer operating times. By integrating additional cylinders, the available amount of breathing air can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements, which is particularly important in safety-critical applications.

You can quickly fill breathing air cylinders with the external filling bar. The filling panel can be expanded and even retrofitted in a modular fashion. Each module has two direct filling connections that are attached to a mounting bracket. Non-return valves in the filling valves ensure maximum personal and operational safety even if the filling valve is accidentally opened.

The pressure reducing panel regulates breathing air for suitable consumers, such as breathing apparatus or protective suits. The connection between the medium-pressure pipe and the consumer is established via hose reels (optional). It regulates the inlet pressure between 50 bar and 300 bar to an outlet pressure of max. 10 bar. At an inlet pressure of 50 bar, the maximum total flow rate is approx. 2000 L/min.

The constantly increasing CO2 concentration in the air, caused by unfavorable environmental influences, makes it increasingly difficult for the filling station operators to comply with the mandatory legal limits for CO2 reliably. With the breathing air CO2 absorber, the operator is always on the safe side. It reduces the CO2 content of the intake air of the compressor.

An emergency power generator is required when no external power supply is available or to maintain power during an external power failure. It ensures that critical components such as high-pressure compressors, monitoring systems, and emergency lighting continue operating without interruption. This maintains system functionality and safety regardless of external power availability.

One or more breathing air hose reels enable the safe, tidy, and flexible supply of breathing air over longer distances. They facilitate quick unrolling and rolling up of the hoses, prevent tripping hazards and damage caused by loose hoses lying around, and ensure clear storage. This increases operational readiness and significantly simplifies handling for the user, especially when multiple workstations or longer distances need to be supplied.

Mariner 250E Compressor
The Mariner compressor (250 L/min) was developed for high delivery rates in mobile applications. The corrosion-resistant aluminum frame protects the compressor from damage and allows for expansion with system accessories. Thanks to its extremely powerful compressor block, the Bauer Mariner can be operated in short and continuous duty modes.

Medium Pressure Compressor incl. Air Treatment
The screw compressor features a compact design and flexibly adjusts its energy consumption to match compressed air demand, thereby reducing idle time and pressure fluctuations. An integrated cyclone separator and a 500 liter compressed air receiver ensure efficient condensate and particle separation as well as pulsation damping. The integrated treatment system with an adsorption dryer removes moisture, oil, and harmful gases, delivering clean, dry breathing air.
