The Dräger DrugTest 5000 system consists of two main components: The DrugTest 5000 test kits and the DrugTest 5000 Analyzer. It is a fast and highly accurate system for testing saliva (oral fluid) samples for substances such as amphetamines, designer amphetamines, opiates, cocaine and its metabolites, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, ketamine or methadone.

Ergonomic and Easy to Use

The DrugTest 5000 test kits are ergonomically designed, easy to handle, and immediately ready for use. The kit consists of a test cassette and a sample collector. Can be handled with or without gloves by both right-handed and left-handed persons.

Clear and Reliable Results

The test result is clearly displayed, making misinterpretation impossible. The test cassette can be labelled with the subject’s name and the date, making it easier to match samples to subjects.

Hygienic and Non-Invasive Sampling

Made from rigid porous material with capillary properties. Non-invasive test allows for hygienic handling. Any contact with the sample and its components is prevented.

Simple and Error-Proof Procedure

The test is performed in a few simple steps, excluding incorrect operation. The straightforward procedure and integrated indicator ensure proper sample collection: The indicator turns blue when enough liquid is absorbed.

Rapid Testing and Versatile Application
