Safety Guard

​Our Safety Guards are experienced all-rounders you can rely on. As Gas, Fire, or Entry Guards, they make sure that your specified procedures and regulations are observed, whilst always knowing what to do in emergencies.

Areas of responsibility

  • ​Checking site specific safety regulations
  • Assumption of fire watches and clearance measurements (depending on the area of activity and training level)
  • Inspection of relevant safety equipment according to the permit-to-work process
  • Identification of potential hazards
  • Triggering the alarm in case of danger according to the emergency response plan
  • Initiation of rescue measures
  • Provide First Aid*
  • Reports to the safety supervisor
  • Assistance with the documentation of implemented behaviour-based safety programs

Personnel policies

In order to be able to guarantee the highest possible safety standard for people and companies, Dräger only appoints trained specialists. All our employees are able to demonstrate essential technical qualifications, physical suitability and most importantly: excellent social skills.​

Training concept

​Consistently high quality training standards apply to all of our Dräger staffing functions. Our training concept ensures that training content and the competency of our staff is maintained at a consistently high level and in accordance to SCC, OSHA or OPITO* (depending on indivdual and local needs).
